At Derbyshire Gutter Cleaners, we have over 20 years of experience in the UPVC cleaning and restoration trade and get the job done right the first time, every time.
The main thing that sets us apart from the competition is we do not use any chemicals!
Cleaning solvents should only be used for “Spot” cleaning. If not, after a while, your UPVC will turn a shade of pink or yellow/orange.
This happens when the UV from the sun interacts with the chemicals used. This can happen anything from a week after to a few years. The worse example we have seen is after just 5 days!
Our Cleaning Process
Our conservatory cleaning process is simple, gentle and efficient.
After an initial assessment, we use a trade-recommended cream cleaner with an added liquid wax and another secret ingredient and hand clean only to restore your conservatory to its original colour.
Many conservatories now have glass roofs with “Self Cleaning” glass.
When cleaning these, we only clean them to manufacturers' recommendations. Because of the Hydrophobic coating, care must be taken when attempting to clean these.
So asking your window cleaner to give it a quick going over is not really recommended.
